We are now looking for a Quality Technician to join PMC Hydraulics in Ystad. In this key role, you will have a proactive and analytical responsibility to ensure and enhance quality at every step of our process – from

the supplier chain to international customers. You will work at the intersection of technology, analysis, and continuous improvement.

Information:

You will be employed by PMC Hydraulics AB, located in Ystad. The position is full-time and during daytime. In this recruitment, PMC Hydraulics is collaborating with Randstad. Please apply with your CV via randstad.se by 2026-01-18. Selection will be ongoing with respect to the weekends.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Technician, you will be a central employee and colleague in our global QHSE team, contributing to the development of our quality process, both operationally and strategically. You will have a particular focus on the Swedish, Finnish, and Danish organizations, but with extensive international contacts.

Your main tasks include:

• Process Development and Continuous Improvements: Drive improvement work against internal deviations in processes and lead initiatives for continuous improvements, with the opportunity to specialize in
• for example Lean Manufacturing or Management Systems (e.g., ISO).
• Quality Analysis and Deviation Management: Perform advanced quality controls and in-depth deviation analyses. Conduct measurements and actions to resolve complex
• complaints from both customers and suppliers.
• Strategic Quality Work: Participate in internal audits related to quality and environment, and contribute to developing the group's long-term quality strategy.
• Systematic Work: You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in our business system D365 as a tool for quality monitoring and analysis.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a genuine high commitment to the quality area and a documented technical

background.

We see that you have the following experience and competence:

• Technical education (university or vocational level) and/or several years of relevant work experience.
• Solid and extensive experience in qualified quality work, with the ability to apply both theoretical frameworks and practical problem-solving methods.
• Experience from manufacturing/technical operations, preferably within the engineering industry or similar environments.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is strongly meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge and/or experience in Hydraulics.
• Experience working with D365 or similar business systems in a quality function.
• Competence in Lean, Management Systems, or Internal Audits.
• Knowledge and experience in the environmental field.

You have a very good ability to work in a structured, analytical, and self-driven manner and are a factual and service-oriented communicator with high integrity, who thrives in a role with many contact points, both externally and internally.
